The award, withdrawal, or refusal of a YieldWeek badge is made on editorial grounds independently of any commercial relationship.

3.3 The existence of a commercial relationship between YieldWeek and a Sponsor does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval by YieldWeek of the Sponsor, its products, services, investment strategies, funds, or any other offering. Users should not interpret the presence of a sponsor logo, partner reference, or editorial mention on the Website as a recommendation to engage with that entity or to invest in any product or strategy associated with it.
