1.1 This website (the "Website") is operated by YieldWeek Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore ("YieldWeek", "we", "us", or "our").

1.2 Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

1.3 YieldWeek reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Website. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.4 These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website, including without limitation allocators, event organisers, sponsors, media partners, city operators, and general visitors.

2.1 YieldWeek is a calendar, editorial brand, and event discovery platform for the institutional yield industry. YieldWeek curates, badges, and publishes information about events organised by independent third-party hosts and, in certain cases, authorised city operators.

2.2 YieldWeek is not an event producer, conference company, registration platform, ticketing service, member database, broker, investment adviser, or fundraising intermediary. YieldWeek does not sell tickets, process event registrations, manage attendee lists, or handle event payments on behalf of any third party.

2.3 YieldWeek operates an editorial curation standard. Events and partners that receive a YieldWeek badge have passed an editorial review conducted independently of commercial relationships. The awarding or withdrawal of a badge is at YieldWeek's sole editorial discretion and does not constitute an endorsement of any event, organiser, product, or investment strategy.

2.4 YieldWeek operates a periodic briefing distributed to professional and institutional audiences on a consent basis. The briefing is editorial in nature and does not constitute investment advice, a solicitation, or a regulated financial communication.

3.1 The Website is intended solely for professional and institutional audiences. By accessing the Website, you represent that you are accessing it for lawful, professional purposes.

3.2 You agree not to:

• Use the Website or any part of it for any unlawful purpose or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part or component of the Website or its underlying systems;
• Transmit any computer virus, worm, trojan horse, or other malicious or harmful code through the Website;
• Use the Website in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs, or renders it less efficient or that interferes with other users' access;
• Upload or transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable;
• Reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, or transmit any content from the Website in any form or by any means without our prior written consent;
• Create or publish hypertext links to any part of the Website, or frame the Website within another website, without our prior written consent;
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access, extract, or index content from the Website without prior written authorisation.

3.3 YieldWeek reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website for any user who breaches these Terms, without notice and without liability.

4.1 The Website provides inquiry forms through which users may submit applications or expressions of interest in respect of sponsorship, event listing, media partnership, city operator arrangements, or general contact ("Inquiry Forms").

4.2 Submission of an Inquiry Form does not constitute, and shall not be construed as, an offer, contract, or binding commitment on the part of YieldWeek. All submissions are subject to YieldWeek's review and acceptance at its sole discretion. YieldWeek is under no obligation to respond to or proceed with any submission.

4.3 By submitting an Inquiry Form, you represent and warrant that: (a) all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading; (b) you have the authority to submit the inquiry on behalf of any organisation identified in the form; and (c) your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.

4.4 YieldWeek processes Inquiry Form data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We do not maintain a persistent member database or registration platform. Inquiry data is used solely for the purpose of responding to and evaluating the relevant submission.

5.1 Events listed or referenced on the Website may be independently organised by third-party hosts or authorised city operators (collectively, "Event Organisers"). YieldWeek publishes information about such events as a calendar and editorial service only.

5.2 All matters relating to third-party events — including without limitation registration, attendance approval, pricing, ticketing, access rules, programme content, speaker selection, venue, scheduling, and event delivery — are the sole responsibility of the relevant Event Organiser. YieldWeek has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, any aspect of a third-party event.

5.3 Event Organisers may change, postpone, or cancel their events at any time. YieldWeek will endeavour to reflect such changes on the Website but makes no guarantee as to the accuracy or timeliness of such updates. YieldWeek shall not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by any person as a result of an event change, postponement, or cancellation by an Event Organiser.

5.4 Any dispute arising from attendance at, or in connection with, a third-party event is a matter solely between the attendee and the relevant Event Organiser. YieldWeek is not a party to any such dispute.

6.1 YieldWeek derives revenue from sponsorship arrangements pursuant to which sponsors fund city edition calendar production in exchange for brand visibility, badged room hosting rights, and distribution through YieldWeek's platform.

6.2 Commercial relationships with sponsors do not influence YieldWeek's editorial curation decisions. The editorial and commercial functions of YieldWeek are structurally separated. Sponsor and partner conflicts are disclosed in each edition's briefing.

6.3 Sponsor arrangements are subject to separate written agreements between YieldWeek and the relevant sponsor. In the event of any conflict between such agreements and these Terms, the separate written agreement shall prevail as between YieldWeek and the sponsor.

6.4 By sponsoring an edition, the sponsor grants YieldWeek the right to use the sponsor's name and logo for the purposes of promoting the relevant edition, including on the Website, in editorial briefings, and in marketing materials, for the duration of the sponsorship term. The sponsor warrants that it has the authority to grant this right and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7.1 YieldWeek is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who use the Website. The collection, use, and retention of personal data submitted through the Website is governed by YieldWeek's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.2 YieldWeek does not operate a persistent member database or registration platform, and does not share personal data submitted via Inquiry Forms with third parties for commercial purposes without the prior consent of the individual concerned.

7.3 YieldWeek's editorial briefing is distributed on a consent basis. Individuals who request inclusion in the briefing may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting YieldWeek in writing at the address set out in Section 11.

7.4 You acknowledge that data transmitted over the internet is not inherently secure. While YieldWeek takes reasonable steps to protect data submitted through the Website, we cannot guarantee the security of data in transit.

8.1 All content on the Website — including without limitation text, editorial copy, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, data, and software — is the property of YieldWeek Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 The "YieldWeek" name, wordmark, and associated branding are proprietary to YieldWeek Ltd. Nothing on the Website grants any licence or right to use the YieldWeek name, wordmark, or branding without prior written consent.

8.3 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the content of the Website for personal, non-commercial, professional reference purposes only. No other use is permitted without prior written consent.

8.4 Third-party logos, names, and marks displayed on the Website (including media partner and sponsor logos) remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission or under applicable fair use provisions. Their display does not constitute any affiliation with or endorsement by those parties beyond what is expressly stated.

9.1 Nothing on the Website constitutes, or should be construed as, investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, regulatory advice, or any other form of professional advice. YieldWeek does not provide investment management, brokerage, fundraising, or any regulated financial services.

9.2 Information published on the Website — including editorial content, event descriptions, speaker summaries, and market commentary — is provided for informational and professional context purposes only. It should not be relied upon as the basis for any investment or business decision.

9.3 Users who require investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice should consult a suitably qualified and regulated professional adviser.

10.1 The Website and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.

10.2 YieldWeek makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Website is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Event information, dates, venues, speakers, and programme details are subject to change without notice.

10.3 YieldWeek endeavours to ensure the Website is available at all times but does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the event of system failure, maintenance, or other causes beyond YieldWeek's reasonable control.

10.4 The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Such links are provided for convenience only. YieldWeek has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of any linked third-party website.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YieldWeek Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of, or inability to use, the Website; (b) any content on the Website; (c) any third-party event listed or referenced on the Website; (d) any reliance on information published on the Website; or (e) any unauthorised access to or alteration of your submissions.

11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits YieldWeek's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law.

11.3 Where liability cannot be fully excluded, YieldWeek's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the Website shall not exceed SGD 500.

12.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YieldWeek Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Website in breach of these Terms; (b) any content you submit through the Website that is inaccurate, misleading, or infringes the rights of any third party; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

13.1 YieldWeek reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will, where reasonably practicable, be notified via the Website or the editorial briefing.

13.2 Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Website.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

14.2 Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter.

14.3 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
